What kind of businesses do you work with?
Small businesses with a handful of people and large organizations with several locations. The approach adapts: a small team mostly needs someone who takes care of everything, a large organization needs more structure, security and planning.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need. Managed IT runs on a fixed monthly price. Websites, web applications and automation get a fixed price per project. Advice, cloud and security are agreed upfront. In every case you get a proposal with the amount before we start.
How fast do you respond?
We reply to every message within one business day. You can reach us Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00.
Do you also work remotely?
We work on site. Only for platforms that we built ourselves and rent out do we offer remote assistance.
Which region do you work in?
In Suriname.
What happens after the first conversation?
We first listen to how you work today and what goes wrong. Then we propose a practical approach with a price and timeline. You decide whether we start. No pressure and no jargon.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We start from what you have now. Only when something truly no longer works or is unsafe do we recommend replacing it, and we explain why.
Can you build a website and also manage it afterwards?
Yes. Many clients have us build the website and then also take care of hosting, updates and security, so you have a single point of contact.
What is IT automation with AI, in plain words?
Work that is done by hand today, we let the computer do. Think of WhatsApp messages and emails that handle themselves, or data that moves from one system to another automatically. Less typing for your team, more time for your business.
